Mindset First: How to Achieve Conflict Transformation
The Western North Carolina Conference is hosting a speaker from the Arbinger Institute to enable clergy and laity to think about how we transform conflict into something that enables and empowers us to be the Body of Christ and to live as sources of healing and peace.
Tuesday, October 23
10:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m.

Participants will be given tools to:

  • Be self-aware of their own mindset and its impact on themselves, others, and the higher mission
  • Improve their influence as a leader even with those who are resistant
  • Locate, address, and transform conflicts
  • Re-conceive their work in ways that are more productive and helpful
